A well-informed consumer is less likely to become a victim of a fraud or scam. To provide Oregonians with more information, we have created a database of consumer complaints.
The Consumer Complaints Database dates back to January 1, 2008 and is for information only. It may not offer a complete and comprehensive account of every incident. Several factors, including a company’s size and its volume of transactions, may affect the likelihood of a complaint being filed. The number of complaints about a business may not reliably measure whether it is appropriately conducting business.
Information is updated as soon as possible. However, recently submitted complaints may not be immediately available. The statements in the database do not necessarily reflect the opinion of the Oregon Department of Justice.
