HP Recommended Product: Officejet 4650 Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)My printer is not printing Word documents. It'll print everything else except MS Word. When I hit print nothing happens no error message, no nothing. I have tried everything I've tried turning the printer off and on, turning the computer off and on, changing the font, still nothing. I've had this printer for a while and I haven't had a problem.

HP RecommendedThank you for joining HP Forums.
This is a great place to get support, find answers to your technical queries.
The issue could have been caused by the security settings changed on the user profile.
Turn off the UAC from the control panel and Restart the PC.
Here are the steps to configure UAC settings:
Open User Account Control Settings by clicking the Start button and then clicking Control Panel. In the search box, type uac, and then click Change User Account Control settings.
To turn off UAC, move the slider to the Never notify position, and then click OK.
if you're prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation. You will need to restart your computer for UAC to be turned off.
If the issue persists, I recommend you delete the driver at the root level and retry, follow the steps below:
1.) In Windows, search for and open Programs and features
2.) Select your HP Printer
3.) Select Uninstall
4.) In Windows, search for and open Devices and printers
5.) In the Devices and Printers windows look for your HP printer. If you see it listed right-click on it and choose `Delete' or `Remove Device'
6.) Open up the run command with the "Windows key + R" key combo.
7.) Type printui.exe /s and click Ok. (Note: there is a space in between "printui.exe" and "/s")
8.) Click on the "Drivers" tab
9.) Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it Click on it and click Remove at the bottom
11.) Select Apply and Ok on the Print Server Properties windows
12.) Close Devices and Printers
Keep me posted, how it goes! However, we'll try and follow up in next 24 to 48 hours to doublecheck on the issue.
